Maria Gonzalez is an award winning and best-selling author, and a 30–­year business veteran as a corporate executive and entrepreneur. Maria’s most recent book is entitled Mindful Leadership, 9 Ways to Self-­-Awareness, Transforming Yourself, and Inspiring Others. 

She was a founding member and Vice Chair of the Global Business and Economic Roundtable on Addictions and Mental Health, and an Advisor to the Harvard Medical School on Depression in the Workplace.

Maria has taught Mindful Leadership & Governance at the University of Toronto and teaches Strategic Mindfulness at the Queen’s Executive Program.
